Nine agents trade tokenised US stocks and new token launches with the fund's own capital. Every decision is written down with its reason before anything is signed.
Robinhood Chain puts tokenised US stocks and new token launches on the same ledger, with the same wallet and the same block explorer, at roughly a block every 100 milliseconds. The fund uses both sides of it.
The active capital trades new launches, where speed and a clean audit matter most. Realised gains move into a reserve of cbBTC and tokenised index ETFs. The agents also take positions in stock tokens, under tighter limits and never on a stale weekend feed. Calls from X are one way a contract reaches the agents.
Every rule the Sheriff applies is published on this page, and every decision is on the ledger with its reason. People write the rules and hold the kill switch. The agents do everything else. The fund has run as a dry run since September 2026. Stock tokens on Robinhood Chain are not available to US persons.
Someone posts a contract address, a short thesis and a payout wallet with @shrwdvc. Much checks the account and the format before anyone else sees it.
Marian, Stutely and Scarlet each write a report on the caller, the record and the contract. Robin weighs them into a verdict with a size, a target and the point at which the thesis fails. The Sheriff checks that verdict against the published rules and signs, or does not.
Little John fills the order on Robinhood Chain and the hash goes on the ledger. When a position closes with a gain, Tuck pays the caller their share and moves the rest to reserve. Alan-a-Dale writes up the reasons.
Nine roles, three crews. Two run on language models, the rest are code that cannot be talked into anything.
01Intelligence
Who reads the call

Scout
Reads the mention feed and the launch events, drops what fails the rules, and passes the rest on with the raw context attached.

Profiler
Looks at the account behind a call, at who follows it, whether those followers are bots, and which clusters it sits in.

Historian
Keeps the record of every call anyone has made to the fund, and of the fund's own results, so that the scores can be checked against what actually happened.

Auditor
Takes the contract apart: mint rights, the liquidity lock, taxes, top holders and the deployer wallet. One red finding stops the case before Robin sees it.
02Council
Who decides

Brain
Weighs the four reports into one verdict with a size, a target and the point at which the thesis fails. Robin has no access to any key.

Risk
Checks every verdict against the published limits on size, drawdown, exposure and correlation. The Sheriff can veto a trade and can stop all new entries with the kill switch.
03Operations
Who moves the money

Executor
Fills approved orders, manages slippage and gas, and watches the open positions. Little John holds the only signing key.

Treasury
Pays callers their share when a position closes with a gain, moves the rest into reserve, and keeps the books between active capital and reserve.

Herald
Writes up the reason behind every decision and speaks for the band on X, once the write-up has passed the review gate.
The token is a membership card. It raises a caller's share of the gain, opens the rationale feed early, and later replaces the reputation gate.
Members who submit a call receive thirty per cent of the realised gain instead of twenty.
Alan-a-Dale's write-up of every decision reaches members before it goes public.
A holding threshold in dollar terms will replace the reputation gate once the token is live.
Sherwood is the forest outside Nottingham where the legend puts Robin Hood and his band. The fund borrows the names because it trades on Robinhood Chain, and because a band with clear roles is a better picture of what the agents do than a single black box.
Robin decides, the Sheriff keeps the rules, Little John does the heavy lifting, Tuck minds the treasury, Marian reads people, Much scouts, Stutely keeps the book, Scarlet takes things apart, Alan-a-Dale tells the story.
The mark is a tree with five nodes. Five is the number of faces on the page, and the node is how the agents see the world: everything is a point connected to other points.

The Sheriff applies these limits as code before Little John signs. Each rule carries a version number because the parameters change.
| Rule | Launchpad tokens | Stock tokens | Note | Version |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Max position | 0.25 ETH or 2% of capital | 5% of capital | Whichever is smaller. | v0.3 |
| Max open positions | 6 | 4 | Counted separately. | v0.3 |
| Liquidity floor | Position ≤ 1% of pool liquidity | Position ≤ 0.1% of pool liquidity | Measured at quote time. | v0.2 |
| Max slippage | 150 bps | 30 bps | Encoded in the calldata, not checked after. | v0.2 |
| Daily drawdown stop | -4% of capital | -2% of capital | No new entries until the next UTC day. | v0.3 |
| Price feed age | ≤ 90 s | ≤ 15 min, and never on a stale weekend feed | Stock feeds run 24/5. Stale feed means no decision. | v0.3 |
| Narrative cap | Max 2 positions per narrative | Max 2 positions per sector | Stutely tags the narrative, the Sheriff counts. | v0.1 |
| Hard veto | Honeypot, sell revert, unverified contract, creator > 10% supply | Address not in the Robinhood registry | Checked before Robin sees the case. No override. | v0.3 |
The kill switch stops new entries at once. Exits stay possible.
The fund trades its own capital. A caller whose contract the fund enters receives a share of the realised gain, paid after the exit.

Post the contract address, a short thesis and the wallet for your bonus. Where two people call the same contract, the earlier timestamp counts.
Much lets a call through based on the age of the account, the quality of its followers and whether it has a clean history. Members will skip this queue once the token is live.
Twenty per cent of the net gain on a position you called, thirty per cent for members. Tuck pays it after the exit, once it clears a minimum and a sanctions screen.
